RE0102 Design and Intergration in Solar PhotoVoltaics (PV) System

Course Overview : 

This detail and in-depth study of the various equipment functional and how to integrate the solar PV system either for the small, medium and large-scale installation type. The advantage and disadvantage of each system will be discussed, and to explore which installation type will suit the developer’s budget and best revenue to gain.

This training course is designed to gain the latest technology available to optimise the need for residential, industrial, commercial and institutional users. The course also to cover the legal aspect of the design to compliance to the Act, Regulation and Guideline by the authority.

Training Objectives:

At the end of the training, the participants will be able to understand the following:

• Explain the characteristics, principle and constrains of various type of solar PV system
• Choose the best solar PV system to suit customer needs and compliant to the government policy.
• Design type of PV system with advantage and disadvantage of each system.
• Explain the function of various type of component and arrangement of the array and balance of system.
• Testing and commissioning.
• Prudent Operation & maintenance practice
